The main components of the wastewater treatment slag are Fe(OH) 2 , Fe(OH) 3 and CaSO 4 , which are harmless to the environment and are piled up in the slag yard or paved.

Second, wastewater treatment

The acid wet refining wastewater is mainly a replacement liquid, about 23m 3 /t yttrium oxide, the composition is: Sb 0.004g ∕L; Ag 0.0014g ∕L; Fe 2 + 7.83g ∕L; Pb 0.13g ∕L; Cu 0.0069 g∕L; As 0.0104 g/L; Sn 0.009g∕L; Cl - 46.42 g/L; SO 4 2 - 3.77 g ∕L. The wastewater is first neutralized with limestone to pH ≥ 2, neutralized with lime, and bubbled into the air or added with an oxidizing agent such as bleaching powder, and finally adjusted to pH = 7 to 7.5; precipitated, harmful elements Pb, As, Cd, The content of Sb, Zn, etc. can reach the national standard.

Third, waste gas treatment

The exhaust gas in the acid wet refining process has acid mist in the leaching and regeneration process, acid mist in the reduction process and ammonia mist in the neutralization process. The amount of acid mist and ammonia mist is reduced, and it is only necessary to discharge the outside of the plant. However, during the leaching and regeneration process, the amount of acid mist is large and the temperature is high. In addition to HCl, it also contains corrosive and toxic substances such as Cl 2 , SbCl 3 and SbCl 5 , which must be treated. The specific method is to use this acid. The mist gas is introduced into the leaching tower, and is washed with a solution containing SbCl 3 , such as a dipping water washing solution, and the eluent is returned to the leaching process. In this way, all of the above substances are recycled and turned into waste.
