Process:
Mixing, compounding and extrusion.
We adopt two stage compounding extruder. The first stage is co-rotating twin-screw extruder, the second is single screw extruder. This design can realize better shearing and compounding function of twin-screw extruder, then the single screw extruder finish extruding and pelletizing. It can avoid material decomposition due to overheat.
