Application of Remote Prepaid Power Management System in Sihaiming Software Information Park

Abstract: This paper introduces the remote prepaid power management system of Sihaiming Software Information Park. It uses intelligent remote prepaid meter to collect the real-time electricity consumption and remaining power of each tenant, and remotely close and close the control through intelligent remote prepaid meter. In turn, the electricity is sold after the first sale of electricity. The system adopts on-site local networking. After networking, it is transmitted to the background through fieldbus communication. The Acrel-3200 remote prepaid power management system is used to realize the charging, monitoring and management of each tenant's electricity.

0 overview

Sihaiming Software Information Park is located at No. 189, West Wuhu Road, Huli District, Xiamen City, with a total construction area of ​​29,901 m2.

In this project, a set of intelligent electricity metering management system is designed for Sihaiming Software Information Park. This system mainly focuses on the nature of electricity used by tenants and realizes the intelligent management of tenants' electricity consumption, in order to ensure the independence of tenants. For safety, a one-to-one meter solution should be adopted. For this project, the tenants are equipped with Ankerui terminal prepaid energy meter DTSY1352-NK and DDSY1352-NK to independently measure the electricity consumption of each tenant. The communication management machine collects data of all terminal energy metering instruments through the RS-485 bus. The communication manager transmits data to the management computer over a private network. The system management software stores and processes the data to form the files in the form of graphics and text required by the property management party, so as to realize the intelligent management of the tenhaiming software information park tenants.

2 system solution

Ankerui Acrel-3200 remote prepaid power management system is designed according to the actual situation of Sihaiming Software Information Park. It installs remote prepaid meter for floor tenants, adopts local networking, and places one in the background server. The collector, the remote prepaid meter is connected to the collector by hand. The overall network structure is shown in the following figure: station management layer, network communication layer and field device layer.

The field device layer is mainly: remote prepaid meter. These devices are respectively installed in the distribution box corresponding to the corresponding primary equipment. These devices all adopt RS485 communication interface, and realize on-site data collection through the on-site MODBUS bus networking communication.

The network communication layer is mainly: communication server, its main function is to collect the scattered devices in the field, and transmit them to the station control layer to complete the data interaction between the field layer and the station control layer.

Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial servers, displays, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the server to collect and display the running status of the field device and display it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.

Smart meter field connection

The on-site smart device (remote prepaid meter) communicates hand-in-hand through the shielded twisted pair cable (RVVSP2*1.0). The number of smart meters connected to each bus is less than 32. Different types of smart devices are connected in different ways. On the bus, the data is then uploaded to the collector, which uploads the data to the monitoring host. 3 system function

The entire system software design is divided into three large blocks, namely centralized meter reading service system, remote prepaid power management system, and user query system.

The centralized meter reading service program runs all the year round, and remote meter reading is performed continuously for all the tables. The remote prepaid system includes all account opening, power selling, remote control and reporting functions; the user query machine system is used for shops to inquire personal information, recharge and electricity. In addition, the mobile phone side query can also be configured, which can be used for real-time inquiry of personal information, recharge, remote control and daily power consumption by the shopper on the mobile phone terminal. If the conditions are met, the user can also use the Alipay UnionPay to remotely purchase the self-service. .

The main features are as follows:

Quick configuration, out-of-the-box: the meter and communication manager configuration can be used to import into the system;

 Remote centralized meter reading: eliminating manual meter reading, the real-time status of the meter can be accurate to within 3 minutes;

 Support separate pricing, multi-rate, and ladder price: electricity price, rate and ladder price can be set separately for each meter;

 remote power sales: centralized financial management, real-time power distribution, and compare the number of recharges;

 Data security: Network data transmission uses financial-grade 3DES encryption algorithm to prevent data theft;

 SMS reminder: When the amount is insufficient or the amount is owed, a total of three levels of warning can be notified to the merchant in time.

Remote control: It can perform remote control or remote control on any meter to facilitate remote management.

 Energy consumption analysis and query: Users and administrators can check the daily energy consumption status of prepaid meters or meters of various types of access instruments;

 Personal mobile phone query: Support mobile phone users to purchase their own electricity, self-inquiry.

The traditional IC card prepaid sales management system realizes the management mode of paying electricity after paying the fee first. However, since the data of the meter is dependent on the purchase of the power card, the user's power consumption data lags behind the occurrence time, which requires not only manual meter reading, but also Effective power management, monitoring and real-time control.

The remote prepaid power management system can realize the remote centralized meter reading, real-time monitoring, remote recharge and remote control of the computer without the need of an IC card, and then through the warning information and SMS notification, as well as the mobile phone, the property management department can complete the entire meter reading, The charging, control and verification work realizes high informationization and automation, greatly improves the efficiency and level of power marketing management, saves manpower and material resources, and also improves economic benefits. At the same time, it also has the safety function of preventing information leakage and preventing electricity theft.

1 centralized meter reading service system

The centralized meter reading service program consists of three modules. In addition to the centralized remote meter reading of all instruments at regular intervals, it also integrates the alarm SMS sending service, which can automatically generate mobile phone text messages from the electricity fee warning and arrears warning. For shop users, this feature needs to be used with the hardware.

The system defaults to a remote centralized meter reading of all tables for half an hour by default, and the time interval supports personalized configuration.

2 remote prepaid power management system

The system is divided into five modules, namely operator login module, system configuration module, user (shop) management module, power sales management module, and report center module. The general operation and operation process of the system are as follows:

All the reports and record queries of this system support the export function of excel format.

1. Login management: manage operator account and authority allocation, view system log and other functions;

2. System settings: configure the building, communication management machine, instrument and default parameters;

3. User management: perform operations such as opening an account, selling an account, remotely closing, reading and exporting records, and recording and querying for the shop user;

4. Sales management: remote sales, power-off, correction, and record inquiry for the opened accounts;

5. Report Center: Provide power sales financial statements, energy reports, alarm reports and other inquiries.

The system not only supports one household and one table for the opening of the store, but also supports the need of one household to hang multiple tables. At the same time, it supports and solves the problem of transferring the old table amount when the new and old tables are switched after the project transformation; support peak and valley electricity price, support one Table 1 electricity price; the threshold of power overload can be set for a single table, and the two-level threshold for setting a single table amount alarm is also supported.

In the batch remote operation scenario, the system provides a variety of functions, for account opening, alarm 1, alarm 2, arrears, unopened account, lost connection status have different color display; and support remote remote control of the instrument, remote control command type as follows:

With the advancement of social production, while the commercial users' electricity consumption is increasing and the power supply quality requirements are constantly improving, there are also a large number of arrears of electricity charges, which greatly increases the operational risks of power supply companies. In order to enable power supply enterprises to increase the collection rate of electricity charges and avoid the economic losses caused by malicious arrears, our company provides a complete set of prepaid solutions. The system can not only receive electricity charges in advance, but also realize “pay first, then use electricity” and target users. The different nature of electricity can be selectively limited when the power supply is tight or in response to the government's call for “energy saving and emission reduction”. Through the remote prepaid system, the system realizes the electricity consumption after paying the fee first, which can avoid the problem of the electricity fee of the property company, thus alleviating the financial pressure of the commercial operation, and isolating the owner from the distribution area to prevent private use.
