Former village director failed to reject the handover job

Wang Qing, former director of the village committee of Yanqing County, failed in his campaign and refused to hand over the work of the village committee. In order to carry out the work as soon as possible, the village committee sued the original director Wang to the Yanqing court and asked Wang to hand over all the work procedures in the village.

A village committee of the plaintiff Yanqing County claimed that the defendant Wang was the original director of the village committee. On June 10, 2010, the eighth village committee election in Xiangying Township, Yanqing County ended, and Wang was elected as the director of the village committee. On June 19, 2010, the village committee had to hand over the formalities with the defendant, but the defendant did not arrive at the scene due to illness. After the defendant refused to hand over the work on various grounds, the new village committee could not normally perform its work. In order to protect the rights and interests of the village committee, the court was requested to order the defendant to hand over the village committee office space, office equipment, collective financial accounts, fixed assets, work files and other procedures. The case will be open for trial in another day.
