October 16, 2013 - WABCO , the world's leading commercial vehicle technology leader and tier one supplier, announced that WABCO has further expanded its relationship with the Mercedes-Benz Brazilian company, which is the largest in South America One of the manufacturers of commercial vehicles. WABCO will be the exclusive supplier to Mercedes-Benz Brazil to provide air handling technology for its complete range of mid- and heavy-duty truck platform braking systems. Mass production is expected to begin in the fourth quarter of 2014. This long-term agreement represents the new business between WABCO and Mercedes-Benz Brazil. It involves highly reliable air handling technology that protects the braking system and enhances vehicle safety.
