In accordance with the requirements of the Industrial Policy Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the provisions of GB7258-2012, starting from September 1, 2014, the implementation of dangerous goods transport vehicles and semi-trailer tractors for new production vehicles, trucks and special-purpose vehicles with a total mass of 12000KG or more For trailers with a total mass greater than 10000KG, an anti-lock brake device (ie, an ABS system) should be installed.
At present, semi-trailer tractors and dangerous goods transport vehicles have been implemented. This time, it mainly involves all other trucks and special-purpose vehicles with a total mass of 12,000 KG or more.
For the vehicle product rectification requirements in the "Announcement", the "Announcement" vehicle products should be rectified before September 1, 2014.
Guosan diesel vehicle products should be rectified through the “rectification system”, and other products will be rectified through changes and extensions. Products that fail to meet the requirements of GB7258-2012 after the deadline will be processed according to the following principles:
1. For the National Diesel Cargo Class (N Class) products, from September 1, 2014, the information on the certificate of product uploading will be stopped, and the “Announcement” of its products will be cancelled on December 31, 2014;
2. For the country's three diesel passenger car (M) products, since September 1, 2014, the "Announcement" of its products will be revoked, and production and sales will no longer be allowed;
3. For products other than the National Diesel Vehicle, the "Announcement" of its products will be suspended from September 1, 2014.
