Grout Station Description
The LGP500/700/100PI-D grout station is combination of mixer, agitator and hydraulic piston grout pump in one plant. It's mainly used for ground and underground engineering such as highway, railway, hydropower, construction, mining.Â
After the slurry is completely mixed by mixer, then is pumped into agitator. And the pump suction is connected to the outlet of agitator. To turn on this grout pump, then to start to grout. Due to this station is combination of mixer, agitator and grout, so the continuous grout is available.
The plant is hydraulic drive with compact structure, convenient operation, less space occupation. The output is stepless variable.
Grout Station Feature
1. Compact size, It is combination of mixer, agitator and hydraulic plunger grout pump in one base frame;
2. Have low pressure and high pressure, stepless speed regulation;
3. Yuken relief valve and directional valve for hydraulic system of grout pump;
4. Butterfly valve of mixer and agitator;
5. Oil temperature gauge can automatically control cooler fan working in normal temperature range, if temperature is too high, the machine will stop work automatically;
6. Full hydraulic drive, diesel engine.
7. Operation and maintenance are simple;
