The chemical grade manganese dioxide ore powder requires MnO 2 content greater than 50% (see table below). When producing manganese sulfate, Fe≤3%, Al 2 O 3 ≤3%, CaO≤0.5%, MgO≤0.1%; In the case of potassium acid, Fe ≤ 5%, SiO 2 ≤ 5%, and Al 2 O 3 ≤ 4%. Natural manganese dioxide is a raw material for the production of dry batteries, and the higher the MnO 2 content, the better. The general standards for harmful elements such as Ni, Cu, C, and Pb are: Cu<0.01%, Ni<0.03%, Co<0.02%, and Pb<0.02%. The particle size of the ore powder is less than 0.12 mm.
