The copper , lead and zinc flotation concentrates are dehydrated in two stages, and the final concentrate water is 9~12%. The sulfur concentrate is naturally dry, and the final concentrate has about 16% moisture. 1985 beneficiation plant power consumption is 28kw.h / t, where crushing and screening 1.7kw.h / t, grinding 12kw.h / t, flotation 9.8kw.h / t, dehydration and tailings 3.5kw.h /t, other 1kw.h/t.
The characteristics of the plant:
1) The new process of branching and speed-flotation is adopted, and good results are obtained. Compared with the conventional preferential flotation process, the lead concentrate grade is increased by 0.7 to 2.8%, the recovery rate is increased by 0.5 to 1.0%, and the zinc concentrate grade is basically the same, but the recovery rate is increased by 1 to 1.5%. At the same time, the cost of medicines decreased by 0.2~0.7%/t.
2) Using the new collector, sulfur and nitrogen, the lead concentrate will be upgraded from the third grade to the second grade. The zinc content of the lead concentrate will be reduced from 5 to 7% to 3 to 4%, and the lead and zinc recovery rates will be increased. 5% and 2 to 3%.
