Explosion-proof camera use and maintenance points

In order to avoid damage to the explosion-proof layout and function of the explosion-proof camera, the professional inspection and maintenance of the equipment should be performed by the end-user professional electrical skills personnel trained in explosion-proof skills.
1. Stop charging and repairing electrical equipment and lines in blasting hazardous places, and stop power transmission and power outages. Warning signs such as “someone is working to stop the closing” should be hung at the power outage. During maintenance, if the explosion-proof camera is removed to a safe area, the equipment power cable end of the site should be cleaned up and the power supply should be stopped.
2. When viewing the daily operation and maintenance, try to avoid opening the explosion-proof camera casing. If it is necessary to turn it off, the power should be cut off first. If the explosion-proof casing is opened, the explosion-proof surface should be properly maintained and must not be damaged. The explosion-proof surface should be placed upwards during maintenance. Do not touch the ground directly. After cleaning, the phosphating paste or 204 anti-rust oil should be applied after cleaning.
Third, the entrance of the explosion-proof camera, it is necessary to seal with a rubber seal ring, to stop using other methods such as filling sealant, asbestos rope; to stop filling any material in the cavity. The explosion-proof function is lost; in order to facilitate the connection, the sealing ring at the inlet port and the pressing nut corresponding thereto are discarded; the multi-strand single-wire is prevented from being merged and then enters the inlet through the single-hole elastic sealing ring. The oil on the rubber seal should be wiped clean to avoid aging.
4. Stop the internal wiring of the layout, parts and equipment of the explosion-proof camera. The fastening bolts must not be interchanged or short. The remaining elastic seals and metal gaskets of the inlet and outlet must be sealed at the factory, and the compression nut should be tightened to seal the inlet.
5. All explosion-proof cameras shall establish equipment files, from equipment installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, to explosion-proof and degraded equipment. The various skill data from different periods should be collected, the archives should be collected, and numbered on the equipment.
