The metal detector head applied Germany technology with high sensitivity, good anti-jamming, and reliability.

The tunnel size can be customized according to your requirements

 

Applications:

Mines, cement, thermal power, chemical industry etc. it is used for detecting bulk metallic, or shovel teeth in the ore or coal to avoid damaging machines.

 

The characteristics of products:

1.The conveyor belt generally will be installed horizontal, but it can be applied to different angle according to your request.

2.The detector head can be separated so that the belt do not need to be cut.

3.A timer is used to control the eliminating device.

4.When the impurities detected,the metal detector will send the stop signal from the Intermediate relays to the conveyor belt system.

5. Voltage:220V 50HZ

6. Alarm: Sound and light alarm, and stop automatically

7. Weight: 80-200KGS.

8. With self-learning function, it can learn and memory product features intelligently and  automatically without manual adjustment parameters. It is easy to operate.
