DHL reported that Dana Holdings Limited has recently sold its two plants in Fredericktown, Ohio and Blacklick, together with its axles and differentials for SUVs, ATVs and utility vehicles, to Schafer GearWorks USA. SchaferGearWorks will establish a new business unit with its acquisition of Dana Group's business, Schafer Driveline LLC. Tom Troyan, the manager of two plants in Ohio, will serve as general manager of the new company. Headquartered in South Bend, Indiana, USA, SchaferGearWorks manufactures high-precision custom gears and machined parts. The company has three factories located in Rockford, Illinois and South Bend and Fort Wayne, Indiana.
