How to calibrate the voltage setting of DC high voltage generator?
ZGF series DC high voltage generator has large output power, small size, light weight and reliable overvoltage, overcurrent and zero static closing protection. ZGF series DC high voltage generator has 0.75 times voltage latching key function and With time relay, it can set the timing sound alarm in the test, ZGF series DC high voltage generator has overvoltage, overcurrent, zero pressure start and fault protection, voltage protection value can be set, intuitive display, the entire instrument is portable, Easy to operate, safe and reliable, especially suitable for power maintenance department, power plant and power maintenance unit field test.
How to calibrate the voltage setting value of ZGF series DC high voltage generator:
1) Plug in the power cable and turn on the power switch 2 of the control box. The voltage display table 8 and the current display table 7 and the 0.75 times voltage display table 11 all show zero values.
2) Turn the voltage setting button 17 clockwise to the end. The coarse voltage adjustment knob 18 and the fine voltage adjustment knob 19 rotate anti-clockwise to zero position. The zero indicator lamp 4 is on.
3) Tap the "Start" button 15 and the "Power" indicator light 3 (red) lights up. If you press “Start†button 15 and the red indicator light is off, indicating that the coarse and fine voltage adjustments are not zero, turn the coarse voltage adjustment knob 18 and fine adjustment knob 19 counterclockwise to zero and the red indicator light 3 is on.
4) Turn the voltage coarse adjustment knob 18 clockwise. When the voltage is close to the desired voltage value, rotate the voltage fine-tuning knob 19 until the desired voltage. The unit of voltage display is kV, and the current display value is in mA.
5) Adjust the voltage setting knob 17 counterclockwise to turn off the high voltage. At this time, the red indicator light 3 is off and the “overvoltage†indicator 5 is on. At this time, the instrument is set according to the required output voltage, that is, when the output reaches the desired voltage value, the high voltage and overvoltage protection are automatically cut off. If the setting knob is not adjusted, each time the voltage value can only rise to the setting voltage value. If the voltage rises to the rated value, the over-voltage setting knob must be turned clockwise to the maximum.
